Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date of the product. The customer must call Jumpersupply.coms with Jumpersupply.com at 9034885867 within 7 days. For any product purchased from Jumpersupply.coms and returned for reasons unrelated to a warranty claim, a restocking fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the price of the product returned will be paid by Customer. Customer will be responsible for any and all charges for the shipping of the product returned. The product must be in an unused condition when returned. Customer will pay any necessary repairs required to bring the Product to a like new condition.
